When I see something growing this prolifically, I feel it must be very needed for the times we are in.
I knew quite a bit about self heal but did some deeper research about this very useful plant spirit 💕 it is quite an all around healing herb to use for many ailments when used physically.
As an energetic essence, it showed me how it cools down and soothes unresolved anger and grief which usually resides just under the anger. Anything that feels inflamed in our energetic bodies will feel soothed by self heal.
As we look into ourselves and our outer world, we can see so much anger and grief playing out on the world scene. The effects of how the virus has affected many, the restrictions of lockdowns and regulations, and the tensions that have arisen from continued and sustained violence in the racial discrimination that has played throughout history in very unhealthy ways. We can also look to how the body has been showing symptoms of fever due to the virus as a reflection of all that is out of balance in the natural world. The world is heating up, the fires in the Amazon and Australia this past year have shown the destruction that the fire element can do when it is out of balance.
