I am introducing one of my own custom made essences to you all which is near and dear to my heart. I named it “Honoring an Cailleach” in honor of the crone/wise woman energy here in Ireland.

This special essence was made during the Fall Equinox energies near Carrauntoohil mountain with pure spring water overlooked by the place honoring the Cailleach energies called the Hag’s Tooth.

The story from the locals in the area who have kept the folklore alive through many generations through oral history is that the Hag would air out her blanket and this would help to clear the land and create a wind that would howl through the mountains and valleys below. An Cailleach is the epitome of the Divine Feminine energy as she carries all the wisdom of the natural kingdom and also deep divine feminine wisdom. She cares for the animals and the landscape and assists in the turning of the seasons.

This essence is about deep Feminine wisdom, clearing out old beliefs that no longer serve us, and connect us to the Nature Kingdom, the elementals, and the water spirits that bring and nurture life. She asks us to “bury the bones” of the past and move forward in confidence to the new seeds we have planted to envision a new and “fresh” life force energy in our lives.
