White Columbine Light Essence 10ml

Description

This essence was made when I was prompted on a Sunday to go out to one of my favourite spots along a local river and walk the trail there. I was told by the Elemental Kingdom that I would find a special flower to co-create a flower essence and that I would know it when I saw it along the trail.

I went further than I normally do and had never been on this part of the trail so was not sure what type of terrain or wildflowers I might encounter. I encountered many beautiful wildflowers along the path but was told to keep looking and walking.

I think I walked about 3 miles and was starting to wonder when I would actually find the flower I would co-create the essence with. It was at this point that I heard “Just a little bit longer.” As I made my way, the path was becoming narrower and then all of a sudden, I saw a blue heron come up off the river and knew I must be close as Spirit usually prompts my attention with animal, bird, or nature signs of some kind. At this point, I was told “you are almost there”. I started to look around and then was stopped by a bramble that was about thigh high on the path as if to say stop…. this is it. I looked down and just to the right of the brambles was this stunning White Columbine! It actually took my breath away as it was all by itself and I hadn’t seen any other Columbines in the wild up to this point on my travels in Ireland. So I knew this was the plant spirit that wanted to co-create an essence with me.

This plant was alone among very protective plants surrounding it. These plants included gorse, oak, brambles, and hawthorn which kept the space energetically clear as the essence was being prepared with the help of the Elementals present.

The flowers hang their heads and it was hard to capture a photo of them. They seemed shy and so beautifully humble. Their tendrils reach up towards the stem as if they are holding onto the safety of the stem behind it. One of the flowers even held onto the stem as I snipped it from the plant even though it had indicated to me that it wanted to be a part of this essence making process as a cut flower.

This is what the plant spirit shared with me about how it may be of help to someone:

An essence for those who are afraid to let go of the past or to what is perceived as safety. Also for those who want to shine but afraid to be seen because it can feel unsafe outside of their comfort zone. They may be afraid to use their gifts, talents, and beauty medicine for fear of criticism or ridicule. May also be indicated for someone who may have been abused and as a result has lost their ability to feel that they can move forward safely or they are fearful of what may happen if they do move forward.

Creates a sense of softness and safety in being seen.

Also helps to feel more empowered in decisions that have been put on hold due to indecision. This essence allows for a gentle nudge to move forward in life with more confidence and taking small steps to achieve a goal or put an idea into motion.
